Head Student

Hello! My name is Sofia and I am over the moon to be Head Student for the 2026-2027 school year. I joined Furze Platt in Year 12 and I can’t wait to work with the amazing student leadership team to give back to the school and wider community. I currently study Maths, Economics, and Psychology and intend to go to university after Sixth Form. Outside school, I am a figure skater meaning I’m no stranger to early mornings and dedication. Additionally, I am also a maths tutor and waitress at a pub. I aim to be a role model within Furze Platt and to be a person anyone can speak to at any time.
