Year 12 into Year 13 Bridging Work
We have recently published our Year 12 into 13 bridging work on our website on the Sixth Form Study Support page: https://www.furzeplatt.com/page/?title=Sixth+Form+Study+Support&pid=84
This work is designed to support students as they make the transition from Year 12 into Year 13, and will support them in developing skills, knowledge and understanding required in their final year of Level 3 study.
Each subject has set work that students need to complete. This work will be assessed in September and comprise a variety of tasks and activities.
We hope Year 12 students find this summer work challenging but also relish the prospect of some engaging subject exploration and development. Students have been given the advice to do a 'little and often' to ensure they get the most amount of rest and recuperation, while maintaining the effective study habits they will need to do well in their final year of school.
