Dear Parents/Carers,

We look forward to meeting those of you that have confirmed your attendance at our Year 6 information evening on Tuesday 5th May 2025. The event will take place in the school theatre with the presentation commencing at 6.30pm.

Due to limited space, we please request students do not attend and only one parent/carer from each family is present. Please walk to the event where possible.

There will be staff and signage to direct you to the theatre on the evening. The following link provides a map of school https://www.furzeplatt.com/page/?title=Map+of+the+School&pid=713 which shows the location of the theatre (18) to assist when navigating the school site.

The evening will provide details of our Year 6 transition days, key staff and the start to the new academic year. There will be opportunities for parents to ask questions at the end of the session.

The evening is specifically targeted at parents and carers. Students will be visited in their Primary School by our transition coordinators in the coming weeks.

The presentation will be available on the school website following the event for you to view.
