GCSE Results Day
A huge congratulations to all our students receiving their GCSE and vocational results today. Your hard work, ambition, and excellence are evident in the grades you have achieved, and we hope that you enjoy celebrating your many accomplishments.
Following our excellent A-Level results last week, we can’t wait to welcome our next Sixth Form cohort today! If you are looking for Sixth Form courses, why not check out our prospectus for entry requirements and pay us a visit at Furze Platt from 3pm?
Student Noah Moss at @Furze_Platt said he was ‘very pleased’ with his results and received nine 9s, two 8s and an 8 in Level 2 Further Mathematics.

Dr Morrison, our Headteacher comments:
“I am delighted that so many FPSS students are receiving fantastic grades today. These results are testament to the hard work of our students and the expertise and support of staff, families and friends. Thank you to everyone who has helped students be so successful.
Good luck to our students as their progress to the next stage of their career whether in Sixth Form, colleges or apprenticeships. We look forward to welcoming most of our Year 11 students back to Furze Platt Senior School Sixth Form in September. For students going elsewhere, we send them our best wishes.
Finally, I hope that students have a great time celebrating their results and feel proud of what they have achieved.”
