Our new Head of department, Ms Maria Avellano took up post on July 1st.
We are confident that our examination students in Years 11, 12 and 13 will return excellent results in the summer and we are pleased that Andrew Knowles has taken a taster day at Brasenose College in Oxford, looking to a possible future degree in English at Oxford University.
